- 배경 제거 및 투명 처리, 앱 표시 크기에 맞춘 축소·팔레트 최적화
- 색상 변형본 생성 (색조 치환으로 같은 캐릭터의 다른 색 버전을 만듦)
- 왕관·모자·목걸이 등 장식 요소를 별도 레이어로 덧그림
- 앱 아이콘용으로 얼굴 부분을 잘라내고 배경을 합성
